GENERALDESCRIPTION

Optosky’s ATP1100 is customized for automatic biochemical analyzer. It features crossed asymmetricalCzerny-Turner optical design.

Thedetectable wavelength is determined by the pixel arrangement and quantity ofthe PD array. The light collection can be finished within 1.2 ms, and the data processingand transmission can be finished within 5 ms.

ATP1100is optimized the efficiency in UV spectral region. The integration time can beset through the communication interface RS485. ATP1100 begins to collect light signalon the TTL rising edge. And then analysis and output the AD data via RS485/232.

1      OpticalPerformance

Thelinearity performance of ATP1100 was evaluated by testing the 340 nm absorbedsolution with volume concentration from 1/10 to 10/10. The testing resultsshowed in the following figure1 are obtained by three sets of ATP1100spectrometers. The accuracy is better than 5% and 7% whenthe nominal   absorbance of the testingsolution is 1 and 2.5. The testing results show that ATP1100 can meet with thepharmaceutical industry standard of China (YY/T0654-2008).
